Soulful Long Lunch
SUNDAY 29 MARCH | 11:30AM - 3:30PM
LUCIOS, NOOSA MARINA
Experience connection, conversation and nourishment with Evoke for our next Soulful Long Lunch ~ Hormones in Harmony, hosted by our Series Ambassador, MC and ever-inspiring Kim Morrison.
Set against the stunning backdrop of the Noosa River at Lucio’s Marina, this intimate long lunch brings together a like-minded community of women to explore the ever-evolving and deeply personal topic of hormonal health across the many stages of a woman’s life.
Hormones can be complex, confusing and vastly different for every woman. This gathering creates a safe, open and supportive space to learn, share and gain clarity. Kim will guide a heart-led and insightful conversation with a panel of respected and authentic women who are truly paving the way in this evolving area of women’s health.
Join Melissa Kupsch, founder of RMDY Collective, Lahna Bannon, Founder of Hormone Nurse and Kylie Pinwill, founder of My Hormone Hub and The Hormone Hub Podcast . Together, they will share knowledge, lived experience and practical insights, empowering women to better understand their bodies and honour their individual journeys.
Our Mindful Moment will be facilitated by Ali Oejten, who will offer a grounding pause, an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Your nervous system will thank you!
To complement the conversation, a beautifully curated Italiana seated lunch will be served, designed to encourage connection, ease and presence.
As always, the Soulful Long Lunch experience is as much about how we feel as what we learn, creating space to slow down, connect and be nourished on every level.

Lahna Bannon
THE HORMONE NURSE
Lahna is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years’ experience across emergency, surgical and cancer care. After years of prioritising patient care at the expense of her own health, and later her young daughter’s, she began searching beyond conventional medicine for answers.
Her journey led her to specialise in gut health, the microbiome and detoxification pathways, with a deep focus on systemic inflammation, functional medicine, hormonal balance and metabolic health. Through running a busy detox and colonic hydrotherapy clinic, she has supported thousands of clients and gained invaluable insight into what truly drives lasting health outcomes.
Today, Lahna works both online and in person, helping clients uncover the root causes of gut dysfunction and understand how the microbiome influences hormonal and metabolic health. She specialises in resistant weight loss, insulin resistance, gut health and microbiome testing, supporting the body’s natural pathways to restore balance and vitality.
Kylie Pinwill
Kylie Pinwill is a leading women’s health nutritionist and the founder of The Hormone Hub and The Hormone Code, an 8-week program helping high-achieving women navigate perimenopause and menopause with clarity, confidence, and energy. Known for her warm, practical approach, Kylie blends science with real-life strategies to support hormonal balance, weight, mood, and brain fog.
She’s also the host of The Hormone Hub podcast, where she brings honest, insightful conversations to the midlife women’s health space.
Kylie has worked with busy, driven women in their 40s and 50s who are exhausted, foggy, gaining weight they can’t shift, and wondering why their body seems to be betraying them.
And she gets it, because she’s lived it too.
When her own health crashed in her early 40s, Kylie discovered firsthand how frustrating it is to be told “everything looks normal” when you know something is wrong. That experience shaped her mission to help women navigate perimenopause and menopause with clarity, confidence, and a proven plan that actually works.
